Bulletproof Coffee at Whole Foods

๐Ÿ‘‰ Product review of the infamous Bulletproof Coffee. This fat indulged coffee brew has gained mass adaptation due to the effort Dave Asprey put into this drink. The idea is that the fat in the coffee (grass-fed butter) is used as a source of energy. So you burn fat instead of glucose from carbs.

Before I was able to lay my hands on the “original” Bulletproof, I’ve made my own versions at home, back in Amsterdam. Being in San Francisco, I just had to try the real deal! It made it all much easier to get because recently Bulletproof coffee started retailing at Whole Foods.

I’m not sure what to think of drink fat. It goes against everything I’ve learned about fat. I’d love to figure out a way to test this. If you have any recommendations, please comment down below!
